Gallagher Construction Corporation has provided general contracting services in the North Carolina area since 1966. In addition, Gallagher provides preconstruction, sustainable construction, self-performed work, virtual construction, design-build, and information technology services. Preconstruction Services

GALLAGHER excels in preconstruction services and asks to be involved at project conception whenever feasible. During preconstruction, we are able to partner with the project team to help determine the project approach, budget, and schedule. Being on board early allows us to identify and solve potential construction issues early, preventing these problems from arising during the construction process. The services that we provide during this phase are:

Design-Build Services

GALLAGHER will team with design professionals to provide design-build services. We will work directly for the owner and participate in design development, budgeting, scheduling, contract document preparation, and scope development. The design team can either be contracted with us or the owner. Either way, we will partner together to ensure we are working as one unified team. We have provided these services for numerous clients including XM Satellite Radio, Metropolitan Police Department, and International Association of Machinists.
